Regulations and Project Ordinance

Introduction

Welcome to ThePlots Genesis project, which provides digital land rights via a smart contract. This document aims to define the rights, privileges, and obligations of individuals associated with this smart contract. Our goal is to ensure the safety of investors and project participants, as well as to promote understanding of the project’s operational principles and compliance with the law.

General

  1. A project participant, hereinafter referred to as the holder of digital land rights, acquires rights moderated by the legal representation of ThePlots project.
  2. Minting a token does not automatically confer legal rights in the jurisdiction where the land is located.
  3. By possessing the token, the holder receives digital rights identified on the blockchain providing access to the project’s functionalities.
  4. Interactions with the land are fully moderated by ThePlots team.
  5. After all Genesis contract tokens are minted, the public sale concludes, and the project moves into the phase of securing the contract with real-world land.
  6. The land securing process includes finalizing the land, legalizing actions on it, caring for the environment, cleanup and organizational work, and distributing information about the security. Full responsibility and decision-making in this process belong to ThePlots’ legal representation.
  7. Disclosure is the final stage of the process of securing the smart contract with land, allowing the holder to verify the exact location and physically interact with the lands to which they have acquired digital rights.
  8. Verifying rights to stay on the land and maintaining order and environmental care is in the interest of ThePlots team, and all holders are encouraged to act positively towards the environment of the lands.
  9. The legal owner of the land is the legal representation of ThePlots project, which equates to guarding the order of the project and the functioning of the land space.

Digital Rights

  1. Digital rights are verified based on the possession of an ERC721 token.
  2. Digital rights differ from rights as understood by the law of the jurisdiction where the land is located, meaning full autonomy in moderating the property system in the project.
  3. Digital rights allow interaction with the land only based on the functionalities provided by ThePlots team.
  4. Upon activation of development mechanisms, digital rights guarantee participation in the profits generated by the lands.
  5. ThePlotsDAO will provide a democratic decision-making system concerning the land of the smart contract, and holders of digital rights will have the opportunity to vote. The influence on voting will depend on the amount of land owned and the weight of the vote.
  6. Development mechanisms will enable holders to connect digital rights with the law of the jurisdiction through the Claim function. Exact rules will be published at the time of implementation of the development mechanisms.

Visits

  1. Visiting the project means staying on the land.
  2. Staying on the land is allowed only for holders of Genesis smart contract tokens or members of ThePlotsTeam.
  3. A holder present on the land does not have the right to disturb the flora and fauna or to interfere to the detriment of the environment.
  4. ThePlotsTeam member present on site is responsible for the order and safety of the visits.
  5. Broader applications of visits will be presented during the first planned event for holders.

Development Mechanisms

  1. Development mechanisms refer to the stage of the project where holders can decide on the further development of their lands.
  2. This phase of the project will enable investors to develop the value of the land by launching various facilities.
  3. The main task of the development mechanisms version 1 is to enable holders to independently decide on the land’s designation.
  4. Development mechanisms foresee passive income generation in the form of ERC20 tokens.

TRUST Status

  1. Each holder of a GPLOT token receives TRUST status in the community.
  2. The purpose of the TRUST status is to provide additional value to Genesis smart contract tokens in relation to subsequent smart contracts of the project.
  3. TRUST status will provide holders with access to the presale of subsequent smart contracts.
  4. Further applications of the status will be implemented at the appropriate stage of the project.

Claim Process

  1. ThePlots project aims to provide the opportunity to combine digital and jurisdictional rights, offering users a range of benefits.
  2. To access the claim function, the holder must meet specific conditions fully moderated by ThePlots team.
  3. Using the claim function is related to the burn function, and precise definitions will be provided during the implementation of development mechanisms.
  4. Using the claim function may involve the possibility of minting a unique token closely linked to the rights of the jurisdiction.

Staking

  1. The staking function aims to transfer digital rights from the holder to ThePlots team.
  2. The purpose of the function is to enable users to earn passive income.
  3. The team moderates the rules of the function and the timing of the transfer of rights.
  4. Detailed information will be provided during the implementation of development mechanisms.

Roadmap

  1. The roadmap and its version provide a main overview of the work on the project.
  2. The roadmap does not have time frames. Each achieved goal triggers the next, and work on each long-term goal is conducted simultaneously.
  3. At the realization of the last roadmap goal, the team will provide the next version of the Roadmap indicating directions for further development of the project.
